Artmadillo is a company that exclusively focuses on providing digital strategies, ideas, and concepts for businesses. My name is Verena and here comes the thing: being no older than 29 years of age ;-) I have spent the last twenty or so years to drive digital transformation within different roles and many business fields. Most of what I did before was somehow related to what you might call:

How can I say that?
How many senior-level-people in marketing and software development do you believe can wrap up each of this terms in one sentence? Few. So how should my clients be considered to know what exactly they buy when ordering a Customer Journey Mapping? Yes, they will have a vague imagination of what to get. Still it is hard to fully satisfy (and perhaps amaze) your clients with no more than a vague idea of what you do.

This is what I would say I do:
